A short starting point for your team. We’ll confirm the setup, timing, and access requirements with the relevant contact.
In the room.
- A handheld or lapel microphone, with audience questions either amplified or repeated into the microphone.
- A 16:9 screen and the venue’s usual presentation connection when slides are used.
- A clicker, power, and a short sound and presentation check.
- A visible timer or confidence monitor where available.
Plan amplification around access needs, not just room size. We can coordinate with your team on captions, assistive listening, slide access, and describing important visuals.
For remote sessions and interviews.
Share the platform, timezone, session length, recording plan, and producer contact. We’ll arrange a technical check, establish how questions will work, and confirm the timing together.
Captions, clear audio, and a quiet connection help more people participate. Let Dave know about any access arrangements in the brief; there is no need to share a diagnosis.
For your programme and promotion.
Use the approved biographies and photographs in the media kit. We’ll confirm the session title, description, and spoken introduction with you. Recording, replay, and promotional clips are agreed before the event.
